Returns & Exchanges
At Tottimod, we're a small team focused on thoughtful design and careful production. We understand that ordering clothing online comes with uncertainty — particularly around fit — and we aim to support you in making the right choice.
Each garment has detailed flat measurements provided in the final image of the product gallery. Please refer to this before ordering to help ensure the best fit.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. In case of sizing or fit issues we accept exchanges, provided the size of choice is available.
2. All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused with the tag, labels & in the same packing.
3. For all second-time shippings, a Rs.150 shipping fee needs to be processed for re-shipping. You can alternatively choose to self-ship/arrange pickups from.
4. Items purchased on Sale/ Clearance/ Pre-applied-Discounts/ Bundle discounts are Final sale items and cannot be returned. However we would be happy to replace it with a different size, if you'd need a size exchange.
(A reverse shipping fee of Rs.150 needs to be processed to raise an exchange request for such items.)
Please note : The pick-up be will attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to
pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the
company address.
All Reverse Pick up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
Q : How to process an exchange?
Mail us at tottimodofficial@gmail.com with your order ID, detail of product recieved and the product you'd like to exchange it for.
Also attach an image of the product recieved for internal inspection along with the box packaging, tags and labels intact.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR GOODS WERE DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL?
Please mail us at tottimodofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods to raise a request against Wrong/damaged orders.

2) a photo of your received order
3) Please state in detail the problem at hand.
Our teams will proactively arrange a reverse pick up and send out a new fresh product.
Please note : The item should be unworn,unwashed with all tags attached and in the same condition, in which it was delivered to be eligible for a return against damaged/wrong goods.
